Want to tell your story? PTV Community Producers and Nonprofit Partners create media for distribution online and on PTV Channel 26. 

Productions cross all genres, including talk shows, documentaries, narratives, media installations, podcasts, and artist and nonprofit profiles.

COMMUNITY PRODUCERS

• PTV Community Producers pay a monthly fee of $15 or annual fee of $120 to receive individualized training and production support, and access to PTV’s studio and portable equipment. Assisted by PTV staff, they learn to research, script, record, and edit to create media about Provincetown and beyond.  

• PTV Community Producers help each other create content, and are encouraged to volunteer as crew to record community events or to provide video editing and graphic design help.

• PTV Community Producers receiving compensation to produce programming may use PTV’s production equipment by paying the commercial rate.

NONPROFIT PARTNERS

• Nonprofit organizations may become PTV Nonprofit Partners.

• For $250 annually, PTV will record and edit one of your events and produce one Public Service Announcement, to be shown on Channel 26 and online, and distributed as you wish.

• Nonprofit Partners can contract with PTV for additional production services and equipment rentals at reduced fees. The commercial rate applies to programming not intended for PTV distribution.
