Come to the studio prepared
Script

Hi, I’m Amy Davies the Executive Director of Provincetown Community Television. PTV is a community media station that offers live broadcasts and on-demand videos of Provincetown’s regulatory boards and town meetings. We also offer video training and loan equipment to community members to allow them to produce media about issues that are important to them. We run two cable channels…Channel 18 for government and Channel 99 for community programming. To learn more about PTV or to register for a class please visit us at provincetowntv-dot- org
Clothing
Please avoid busy, tight prints and black, white or red clothing. The best colors are solid blue, yellow, pink or light green. Please be aware that scarves and heavy necklaces can interfere with audio. If you’re comfortable wearing make-up please do so.
Photos and Video
Photos and videos will enhance your PSA. Remember simple images read well on TV and on-line. Please bring a flash drive with 5 – 15 photos or video and your logo or make other arrangements in advance.
